Cancellation Policy 

Please contact us right away if you need to cancel your order contactus@stylishkidsrooms.com or call customer service (484) 998-8226.

 Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to process an order cancellation, and that it is possible that your order can not be stopped for shipment up to 48 hours before it ships. Customers will be issued a full refund for orders that are canceled and have not shipped out. Customer is responsible for round trip shipping costs and 30% restocking fee for orders that are canceled and have shipped. Please note: We do offer free shipping on our website, but the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost for orders that are canceled after shipping out. So, if you need to cancel your order please do so before the order ships out to avoid these fees
 

Return Policy 

Please contact us at contactus@stylishkidsrooms.com for a return authorization number and to ensure that it is not a final sale item. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted.

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order if you would like to make a return. We will refund the cost of the returned items minus round trip shipping costs and 30% restocking fee. Please note: We do offer FREE SHIPPING on our website, but the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned orders (this includes the cost of shipping the item to the customer AND back to us) Returned merchandise must be completely intact and packaged in its original packing materials.
If any item is being returned due to a defect then a full refund will be given.

Before returning any product, obtain approval by contacting us and please provide the following information:

  1. Customer name, phone number, and order number.
  2. Item(s) to be returned.
  3. The nature of the problem.

Once we have received your return, we will apply the credit amount to your credit card or payment method.
 

Stylish Kids’ Rooms requires that merchandise be returned in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and that you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return.

  • Items returned without a return authorization number, past 7 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.
  • We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).
  • The following items are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances: 
    • Finale Sale Items
    • Bed Mattress
    • Pillow Toppers
    •  Mattress Pads

 

PLEASE NOTE: All Final Sale merchandise is Final Sale, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES.

MATTRESS RETURN POLICY: Mattresses are non-returnable if opened or taken out of their plastic wrapping.
